Payment
We take payment at the time we receive your order. Goods will be despatched once we have checked your Details and stock availability. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. We will give you a delivery time frame and or offer you a replacment product if we cannot offer you a delivery time within 10 days.

Delivery
The standard delivery charges listed in the shopping basket only apply to goods shipped to destinations within the specified regions. Customers requiring delivery to other areas should e-mail us before placing their order(s). for the total charge amount to there location.

Products purchased from the web site should be shipped within 3 working days products that are out of stock should be dispatch within 7-10 days however we cannot guarantee this. All customers will be notified if there is going to be significant delay and it will be possible to cancel the order. All customers shall be sent an e-mail when their goods are shipped.

Returns
If you wish to cancel an order you should do so within the 7 working days "Cancellation Period" , You must return the goods to us for inspection, you will not be refunded for any additional carriage charge, The Goods must be returned (UNOPENED) as we sent them, in there original packageing, All item purchase that are D.O.A Will be inspected, tested and replaced if found to be faulty, All items for sale on this webiste are replacment only, no refunds are given .
