The BDM100 1255  Bench Flash Tool is a reader/Writer for cars that cannot be flashed though the OBD port. This ECU Flash Chip tuning tool is for EDC16/Marelli MultiJet/Delphi/EDC7/MOTOROLA ECUs, Ones that need to be opend and make the connection on the ECU Board inside. You need to unplug the ECU from the vehicle, open and connect the BDM100 1255 tool using a connector boards available, on every EDC16, Marelli and Delphi and siemens ECU the are special contacts, connect the correct board to the correct ecu and start the software and now you can read write to the ecu

BDM100 1255 Bench Flash Tool requires the ECU to be open, "on the bench", as the reading/programming operations are realized by linking a flat cable to specific area the ECU.

BDM100 1255 allows you to create perfect copies of the whole software of an ECU (after having read the original ECU software).
Even in the case of the ECU blocking, due to the wrong checksum recalculation, the ECU can always be reprogrammed and then retrieved.
(if the original software has been previously stored).
